Ripe but firm mango (I used Manila mangoes)
Ripe but firm avocados (must be firm)
1 Jalapeno pepper
Juice from 2 limes
Cut avocados and mangoes or however you want to slice them. Minced the jalapeno. Add to the fruits. Squeeze the juice of two limes or yuzu if you have that, over the fruits and toss lightly.
You can also do a variation by mixing some grapeseed oil, lime juice and a little sugar to use as the dressing.
