Strawberries Romanoff

• 1/2 cup sour cream
• 3 tablespoons brown sugar
• 1 tablespoon vanilla
• 1 tablespoon grand marnier or brandy
• 1/2 cup heavy cream
• 3 tablespoons sugar
• 4 cups fresh strawberries

Directions

1. Mix sour cream, brown sugar, vanilla or licquor in a bowl.

2. In a separate bowl, whip cream until starts to thickin, add sugar–whip until thick.

3. Fold cream into sour cream mixture and blend well.

4. Serve with fresh strawberries, whole or sliced.
